We will despatch your order the very same day if placed before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders received later than 4pm GMT, or over a weekend, will be despatched the following working day.
A 'working day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day; the delivery times shown in the table above will then commence from the day of our shipping agents' collection.
